Moya Home Inspections
A native Santa Fean, Randy grew up running around in the fields in Santa Fe that now contain housing developments. Inspecting homes in the Santa Fe area since 2007, Randy is a certified inspector through American Society of Home Inspectors with approximately 3000 inspections performed. Randy is also certified by the National Radon Proficiency Program to perform radon testing. His take on how homes function and are built gives Randy a unique way of guiding potential home buyers and sellers through the process of inspecting a home making them fell at ease and confident buying or selling their home — true value to any potential home buyer seller.
